PAUL BOCUSE THREE STAR MICHELIN DINNER

On July 26th La Reserva de Sotogrande welcomed the amazing chef Christophe Muller for an intimate event for just 60 people. Muller is the Executive Chef of Restaurant Paul Bocuse, near to Lyon. This restaurant has had 3 Michelin stars for more than 50 years and represents the very best French cuisine.

Before Paul Bocuse’s death in 2018, Muller worked as his personal chef climbing the ranks to become the Executive Chef. His career has been stellar, working for Marc Haeberlin at the Auberge de l’Isle and training under Joël Robuchon for three years before taking over the brigade for Yann Jacquot and then Edouard Balladur. He started as a Sous-Chef for Paul Bocuse in 1996, climbing the ladder for 16 years and training under the master, learning all the skills required to continue his legacy.

It was an honour to have Christophe Muller at La Reserva de Sotogrande and the discerning guests loved the experience. They enjoyed a very special meal including delicious food from Paul Bocuse’ menu, paired with the best wines. They tasted the results of the magical marriage of passion and knowledge based on the traditional of fine French cuisine in the spectacular setting of La Reserva.

Luxurious and delicious dishes included Glazed Lobster with caviar and cream of celery, Black Truffle Soup and Rossini Beef Fillet. This stunning menus was rounded up with a selection of fruits and a Champagne Sabayon – the perfect end to this sumptuous feast.
