Distinguished with a Michelin star, the Largo do Paço restaurant shares its location with Casa da Calçada and meets all the demanding requirements of the renowned Relais & Chateaux chain.
Chef Fernando Villasclaras, from Lago Marbella Restaurant (Spain) (1 Michelin star) will delight us with his dishes. The cuisine at Lago Restaurant focuses on local products from Coín, Nerja, and Marbella, so the chef will bring the delicacies of the Costa del Sol to The Beach.
100% Italian gastronomy, with local products from different areas: from Tuscany with their truffles, to the famous cheeses (pecorino, parmigiano), different types of pasta, meats (guancciale, Pancetta, Prosciutto) and wine from different regions, including Chianti, Brunello, and sparkling wines.

Chef Nico Isnard, from the Auberge de la Charme restaurant (France) (1 Michelin star), will be cooking a tasting menu alongside The Beach team. We will enjoy an evening at The Beach guided by this chef, whose travels help him build a unique brand where product quality takes precedence and where flavor truly comes to life.
