We’re bringing some of the world’s best chefs to The Beach at La Reserva this summer, for a series of very special gastronomic evenings. Each chef will bring their own cuisine and style and our team will create a very special atmosphere at our refined beach restaurant. We have Indonesian, Spanish, French and International Fusion cuisines represented as part of this exciting gastronomic journey!
Our first evening takes place on the 13th of July, when one of Indonesia’s most famous chefs Petty Elliott will be cooking a feast of Indonesian delicacies for our diners. We will be decorating our restaurant to transport you to this tropical island and putting on typical entertainment to get you in the mood. Then Petty will be preparing a selection of four delicious appetizers, including Balinese prawn sambal and Gado gado salad. This will be followed by a two delicious seafood soups – a laksa and a clear seafood soup, which really pack a punch. Petty will then serve an incredible selection of main courses including Beef Randang, Pepes Ikan (fish cooked in banana leaves) and exciting vegetable dishes packed with flavour. The meal is finished off with three delicious Indonesian desserts; Klepon, Kolak nanas and Palu butung. As a special gift to remember the evening, guests will take away two beautiful batik napkins, made in Jakarta by a foundation which helps people living with disabilities.
This incredible evening of Indonesian gastronomy and entertainment costs 120€ per person.
