
Sushi Masterclass by Kabanoki
Join the Sushi Masterclass by Kabanoki on Sunday, June 18th to learn sushi techniques and Japanese cuisine from Carlos Navarro, one of the greatest specialists in sushi and Japanese gastronomy.
For a price of €55, which includes training, a final tasting of the prepared sushi and beverages, the cooking workshop will start around 11:00 a.m. for a maximum of 15 persons.
After an introduction to the preparation of rice and accompanying garnishes, you can practice preparing fillings and rolling techniques for Futomakis, Uramakis, and shaping Nigiris. The workshop includes teaching hours, ingredients, and equipment (mats and knives), a recipe book for rice preparation, and accompanying sauces.
