• Is The Beach @La Reserva Club open all year round?

    Our Beach Club opens from April until October.
  • Does The Beach@La Reserva allow pets in their premises?

    Unfortunately we do not accept pets in our venue.
  • Can I bring my own food?

    Our venue has it’s own F&B outlets and does not accept food from outside.
  • Do I need to bring a towel?

    We will provide you with a soft white towel upon arrival.
  • Can I use the adults pool if I am on the beach?

    The adults area has different pricing and therefore is restricted to the guests allocated in that area.
  • Can I swim in the Lagoon?

    The Lagoon is currently used for our water sport activities and not for swimming.
  • Can I smoke on the beach?

    Yes, you can smoke on the beach except in the Kids Area.
  • Do you have accessibility for disabled people?

    Yes, we have a buggy service to transport our guests down to the beach. Please let us know upon arrival so we can allocate you appropriately.
  • Does The Beach@La Reserva have a Kids Club?

    Yes, our Kids’ Club has special amenities for kids over 4 years, food trucks area full of activities and qualified professionals.  The Kids’ Club opens during high season.
  • Can I bring my own water sport equipment?

    We have our own water sport activities and therefore we don’t allow external equipment.
  • Can I fly my drone?

    For privacy and security reasons, we do not allow to fly drones anywhere in La Reserva, without having previous authorisation.
  • Can I use the pool if I come for lunch to the restaurant?

    The pool/beach facilities are exclusive to guests that have booked sun-beds.
  • Can I come to use the water sports without spending the day?

    Yes, you are welcome to use our water sport activities.
  • My children are 14, can they access the adult area?

    The access for the Adults Pool Area is 16+.
  • Do I need to book the water sports in advance?

    Yes, we recommend you book your water sport activities upon arrival.
  • Do you have options for vegan / vegetarian?

    Of course, your well being is of importance for us. Out staff are at your disposition to attend to you special dietary requirements (allergens, celiacs, specific diets) Please inform our team when making your reservation.
  • Can I come to the restaurant without a booking?

    Our recommendation is for you to always book to make sure we can accommodate you in the best manner.
  • Do you have lockers in the complex?

    Yes, we do have lockers to keep your most valued items safe.
  • Do you have a changing room with showers? Do you provide shower gel and shampoo?

    Of course, our showers are fully equipped for you to be nice and clean.
  • Do you have a shop wear I can buy swimwear?

    Yes, we have a beautiful shop located at the entrance and another located at the restaurant entrance.
