Things to do in Sotogrande in Autumn
With kids back at school and the temperatures cooling, you can definitely feel Autumn in the air. It is the perfect time to get active and enjoy the great sports on offer in Sotogrande. The team at La Reserva Club have put together some excellent offers and activities to help kids and adults alike to enjoy sports this Autumn.
Get on the Green
Autumn is one of the best times for golf, as the weather is perfect and the courses are in excellent condition. To encourage you onto the fairways, La Reserva Club have launched an Autumn Pass, a package of 10 green fees with a buggy. Purchasing this pass before the 31st of October allows you access to a very special green fee rate and the ability to use the pass throughout the peak season, until 28th of February 2021. Alternatively, if you’re not familiar with the course, or aren’t sure you’ll use all 10, we’d recommend the Full Tee Time package. This allows four players to enjoy a round together with a buggy for a very special price. After a round, enjoy a drink, snack, or a delicious lunch at the Clubhouse restaurant, basking in the Autumn sun on the terrace – you deserve it! Take up Tennis
The La Reserva Club Tennis and Padel School is encouraging kids to take up racquet sports this Autumn and offering after school classes Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8.30pm with options for the weekends too. Groups are kept small to ensure their highly professional coaching team can dedicate plenty of time to each player’s development. Private classes are a brilliant way to introduce children to these sports, build up their skills and confidence and develop a passion for racquet sports that will last a lifetime. Padel courts are also available to hire.
The new tennis club bar is open from 9am to 9pm and is the ideal place to socialize, watch a tennis or padel match and have a cold drink in the company of your loved ones. Relax and unwind after your workout with a drink or healthy snack, or just hang out with a drink or snack and watch your kids enjoying their lessons.
Treat yourself to Afternoon Tea
Once you’ve been active, you deserve a treat, and the Afternoon “Tee” at the Clubhouse restaurant is a lovely way to feel pampered and catch up with friends and loved ones. This traditional afternoon tea includes delicious cakes, scones with clotted cream and jam and dainty finger sandwiches, with a range of fine leaf teas. Delicious!
