SportsLa Reserva Club launches September watersports activities

ES

Summer is nearly over, but to make the most of the end of the summer and the great September weather, the team at La Reserva Club have announced a final watersports activity of the season. Designed for children from 8 and over, there will be a month of after school watersports activities on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 16.30-18.00 and from 18:00-19:30.

This is the perfect way to cool down after school and make new friends. Participants will enjoy one and a half hours of fun on the water including SUP padel football, X-fit in the water and kayak races. This will take place at Sports Lagoon at The Beach and will be a wonderful start to the new school year, before the after school activities and homework begins in earnest.

There is also an option to combine watersports with a tennis class on the same day, for those kids who want to combine sports and fun on the water.

The Sports Lagoon at The Beach

The 17,000 square meter sports lagoon at La Reserva Club is the perfect setting to practice water sports ranging from kayak and paddle boards to SUP boards and Mirage Eclipse water bikes. No engines are allowed on the lake, so peace is guaranteed and the environment protected.

There are options to learn to windsurf or scuba dive with courses for adults and children. If you just want to try something new, you can hire watersports equipment by the hour and enjoy the lagoon at your own pace. Highlights include; Hobie Mirage Eclipse Boards, which are basically Stand Up Paddle Boards with pedals and handlebars and Schiller Water Bikes which are a hybrid between a premium bike and a boat and allow you to cycle across the water. If you’re looking to try the ultimate new water sport we recommend jet boarding. These are electric surfboards which allow you to carve through the water and surf without the waves. There’s a wireless remote to control your speed and once you get the hang of it, you will love the excitement and thrill of riding a jet board.
