The festive season is always great fun in the area—a time for everyone to get together and enjoy the real community spirit that makes this such a wonderful place in which to live.
Much of the fun is aimed at the kids, with Santa’s house in the Sotogrande marina, festive stalls and carol singing being some of the highlights.
THE 8th OF DECEMBER – SWITCHING ON THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS, SOTOGRANDE MARINA
This lovely event will be sure to get you into the festive mood with the big switch on at 7pm and the collaboration of la Marina restaurants and Jugarnia, followed by carols and the opening of our Santa’s Grotto.
THE 15th OF DECEMBER – SIS CHRISTMAS FAIR
Buy the perfect present for your loved ones in the SIS Christmas Market of ‘El Mercado de Levante’. Your children can enjoy the numerous surprises that we have prepared and take their Christmas lists to Santa’s grotto.
THE 16th OF DECEMBER – SANTAS’ RUN, DANII CHARITY
Santa Claus Charity Race returns through the streets of Sotogrande. Put on your best Santa Claus outfit and all the money raised from the race will go towards Danii Children’s Charity. This association, founded to fight cancer, will allow children at the ‘Hospital Infantil de Oncologia’ to enjoy a fun Christmas Party.
