Energizing Morning Pilates: a dynamic full-body workout on the mat using your body weight. This class targets muscle strengthening, toning, and elongation while emphasizing core engagement and releasing any physical tension. Suitable for all levels. Duration: 1 hour.

Ella Carter – a certified Basi Pilates and Yoga instructor: “Diagnosed with herniated discs in my lower back and neck at a very young age, I found healing through Yoga and Pilates and now teach others to feel better physically and mentally. I offer classes for individuals, groups, and companies, including golfers to improve their game and avoid injuries. My goal is to make wellness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
