Our yoga classes taught by Esther Martin at La Reserva Club are back. She will teach the philosophy of Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic yoga style that in addition to the relaxing the mind tecnique will help you get in shape. These Vinyasa Flow classes will create a focus on breathing and self-energy while targeting specific areas of the body.
There is no better environment to practice this discipline than the relaxed views of the Club House and golf course while it improves your balance and breathing, increases flexibility, strengthens the immune system, strengthens muscles and bones and balances the nervous system, so join our yoga classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 10h00 and 19h30!
