Terms & Conditions The Beach

  • The cancellation period is 72hrs prior to the arrival date for high season reservations and 48hrs prior for low and mid season. Outside this period, 100% of the reservation will be charged with no exceptions.
  • Children aged 0 to 5 do not need to reserve sunbeds. Children aged 6 to 12 must reserve an individual child sunbed. Guests over 12 years old are subject to adult reservation conditions.
  • Arrival at the club later than 14:30hrs implies a mandatory minimum spend of €80 per person on food and beverages, payable before accessing the club.
  • We do not guarantee advance assignment of specific sunbed numbers. Allocation is subject to availability.
  • Priority parking areas are available upon reservation.
  • All sunbeds include a welcome gift, towel, bottle of water and complimentary afternoon snack. Chambaos also include a special beverage package as described in the reservation.
  • Consumption of food and beverages from outside the Club is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of large inflatable floats is prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed in the Club.
  • A designated smoking area is available; smoking is strictly prohibited in the swimming pool area.
  • A BBQ area for groups is available upon prior reservation. If interested, please contact us at lareserva@sotogrande.com.
  • The club may be closed due to weather conditions.
  • Prices are subject to season and availability.
  • For groups of 13 people or more, please contact lareserva@sotogrande.com.
  • Please take care of your personal belongings at all times. La Reserva Club accepts no responsibility for any personal items left unattended during your visit.
  • Prices in euros (€), VAT included.

  • Children aged 0-5 years don’t need to book sunbed, as they are free of charge.

  • The swimming pool is an adults-only area (18+ years).

  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the arrival date for low and mid-season bookings, and 72 hours in advance for high-season bookings. Otherwise, a 100% penalty will apply.

  • VIP Parking: A prior reservation of a sunbed or lunch at The Beach is required.

  • Lake View Garden: To book a BBQ in this exclusive area, perfect for groups, please contact us at lareserva@sotogrande.com.

  • Prices are subject to availability.

  • Sunbeds reservations will be held until 2:30 PM. After this time, a minimum spend of €80 per person will apply.

  • Pets are not allowed.
