We are honoured to have been recognized as 2018’s Best Real Estate Project in the 5th edition of the Andalusian Real Estate Awards for our new project The Beach.
These awards have been created by magazine Andalucía Inmobiliaria, Spain’s leading real estate publication. They recognise people, companies and projects which have contributed to the Real Estate and Construction Sector. This year they were held at the CEA Head Office in Seville and our Development Director Santiago López accepted the award on behalf of everyone involved in this ambitious project.
San Roque’s Councillor for Business and Employment Belen Jiménez travelled to Seville to show her support for La Reserva de Sotogrande and recognised the importance of this project for generating wealth and employment in the region.
The Beach is the latest development in La Reserva de Sotogrande, adding more wonderful lifestyle opportunities for the residents of this beautiful development. It is the first sandy-bottomed man made lagoon, which has brought the beach to the mountains. It was an ambitious building project, which added an important extra dimension to the already fantastic facilities at La Reserva. It was recognised for its ambition, the incredible finish and what it has brought to the area. It includes a beach club, restaurant and sports lagoon, pools and a Beach boutique, offering the perfect place for families and friends to relax and enjoy the hot Spanish summer.
The Beach complements the 18-hole championship golf course, Club House, L’Olive Restaurant and Tennis Club at La Reserva. These have all been created within stunning countryside to offer families a tranquil hideaway, with all the best facilities on their doorstep. Alongside these wonderful facilities are a number of exciting real estate projects.
The La Reserva de Sotogrande team are very proud to have been recognised for pushing the boundaries in Real Estate and Construction by the Andalusian Real Estate Awards. The Beach will reopen in April 2019 for another amazing summer season, we hope to see you then!
