On April 28th, Sotogrande is offering an energising morning pilates session complete with a healthy breakfast at The Beach, La Reserva Club.
The class that awaits is a dynamic full-body workout on the mat. This class targets muscle strengthening, toning, and elongation while emphasising core engagement and releasing physical tension from the body.
The Beach welcomes all adults to the pool area at 10am for what is set to be an energising start to the morning. Ella Carter – a certified Basi Pilates and Yoga instructor explains how yoga can have an incredible impact on your body:
“Diagnosed with herniated discs in my lower back and neck at a very young age, I found healing through Yoga and Pilates and now teach others to feel better physically and mentally. I offer classes for individuals, groups, and companies, including golfers to improve their game and avoid injuries. My goal is to make wellness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.”
Breakfast will also be available for participants within the class, who are able to take advantage for just €45!
