Over the past couple of months, guests at La Reserva Club’s, The Beach have been treated to an array of workshop masterclasses. By partnering with luxury brands and highly qualified professionals, La Reserva Club has been able to offer incredible experiences to lucky individuals who managed to secure their spot.
At the end of May, a group of 30 women took part in an unforgettable workshop with the luxury beauty brand, Guerlain. During the masterclass, the Guerlain team taught guests how to apply their make-up in a natural way for the summer, utilising some of the company’s most iconic products.
In the evening, there was yet more magic in store. Guests headed in to the La Reserva Club clubhouse, where they had the opportunity to learn about and explore the various fragrances that Guerlain has to offer.
Towards the end of June, an authentic culinary masterclass took place at The Beach restaurant. Another 30 guests were welcomed to the event, during which they were emersed in learning sushi techniques and wider Japanese cuisine. Chef Carlos Navarro of the Kabanoki Restaurant led the workshop – he is one of the greatest specialists in sushi and Japanese gastronomy.
After an introduction to Japanese cuisine, Chef Navarro took guests through the preparation of the rice and garnishes. They were then able to practice the preparation of sushi fillings and also the rolling techniques required for Futomakis and Uramakis. The session rounded off with the shaping of some delicious Nigiris.
The La Reserva Club workshop masterclasses will continue through the summer, and into the Autumn, with sessions slated for September, October, November, and December.
