On April 29, La Reserva Club and The Beach will be hosting the first in a series of Gastronomic Journeys. In 2023, guests will be able to travel to different parts of the culinary world without ever leaving The Beach, thanks to a series of gastronomic experiences.
The first Gastronomic Journey – the New York Steakhouse – will take place at La Reserva Club’s, The Beach. It will be a chance for guests to sample the very finest meats and fish that would typically be served in a classic New York Steakhouse from the 1920’s, from the deco to the music and, of course, the gastronomic experience. .
Guests will sit waterside, at the restaurant at The Beach, La Reserva Club, overlooking the sports lagoon as they are served up American delights by Head Chef Alberto Sarmiento, and his team.
The menu will consist of a number of classic New York Steakhouse dishes from the grill, including pork ribs, rib eye angus, seafood roll, cheeseburgers and cajun salmon. There will also be salmon and cream cheese bagels, an ‘Elvis Presley Sandwich’ (peanut butter, bacon, and banana) and a pastrami sandwich. Guests can also enjoy a classic American clam chowder, in addition to key lime pie and New York cheesecake for dessert. All while listening to live music inspired by some of the classic New York steakhouses from the Jazz age.
There will be a limited number of spaces for this exclusive gastronomic experience, so guests should contact lareserva@sotogrande.com, to secure their table. The cost will be 95€ per person with house drinks included. For children aged 6-12 years, 45€, and for children five and below, 25€.
There will be numerous Gastronomic Journeys taking place at La Reserva Club throughout the year, with an Asian Market, and an Italian experience just to name a couple. There will also be opportunities throughout the summer to enjoy the cooking of Michelin starred chefs from different corners of the world.
