What you should know before attending yoga classes at La Reserva Club Sotogrande

Yoga classes at La Reserva Club will take place every Friday morning from 9.00am to 10.00am this season. Places are limited and the price is 35€ per person and 30€ for our members (yoga class and healthy breakfast included).

The classes are given by qualified professionals who have great experience and knowledge in the world of yoga, which will make you learn and know first hand the most sophisticated techniques of this discipline. This year our practices will be guided by Lorena Muñoz, from Alma Wellness studio in Sotogrande, who will focus on the Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga style.

What is the difference between Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga?

  • Hatha Yoga – If you need to relax and slow down the pace of the day, this slow style of yoga will calm your mind and give you a good rest. Hatha yoga is one of the most popular and widely practised styles of yoga in the world. It is an ideal choice for beginners as it is a gentle, slow practice that holds the postures for a longer period of time and deepens each posture. It is also non-aggressive and suitable for all ages.
  • Vinyasa yoga: This type of yoga is considered dynamic due to the continuous movement of the body accompanied by conscious breathing. This practice allows you to disconnect from your routine, reconnect with yourself and strengthen your body. The postures are held for less time and focus on flowing in between. In each class options are given to suit every level of difficulty.

Encourage yourself to increase the quality of each of your days with our yoga classes. Relax, exercise and enjoy in a different way the exclusive environment we offer at La Reserva Club Sotogrande. Don’t forget to book your class by sending an email to lareserva.eventos@sotogrande.com, places are limited to a maximum of 12 people per class.
